Solar Holdings Inc. does business throughout the United States and collects and remits sales tax as required by law, Solar Holdings Inc. also collects and remits sales tax as appropriate based on its State of Incorporation [Michigan] as required by Michigan State law. Solar Holdings Inc. reserves the right not to sell to resellers.

Return Policy

Order Limitations

Governing Law; Dispute Resolution

You agree that all matters relating to your access to or use of the Site, including all disputes, will be governed by the laws of the United States and by the laws of the State of Michigan without regard to its conflicts of laws provisions.
